Off Season Camps

QHC Youth Programming has two off season camps: Fall Impact and Winter Sneak. Each camp has its own central focus and mission for the weekend. Come spend a weekend at our haven and connect with camp friends.

Fall Impact

Fall Impact is a weekend-long retreat at QHC centered around service and giving back. Campers stay in our year-round lodging, attend chapel services, and participate in the tradition of completing service projects to give back to Quaker Haven and help prepare the grounds for winter.

Winter Sneak

Winter Sneak is a weekend-long retreat at QHC. Traditionally the launch of our yearly theme, Winter Sneak is a week of camp programming packed into one high-energy weekend in February. Campers stay in our year-round lodging, attend chapel services, play camp games and spend time in community.

What  to Expect

Although each camp is different in its detailed schedule, there are some basics you can expect from each camp:

Registration:

You are welcome to register online for the weekend camps as soon as they open online. We strongly encourage you to register as soon as possible. Please note, if you register less than 48 hours before the event, we cannot guarantee that you will get your cabinmate request. Please register in a timely manner and be sure to add your cabinmate request when you sign up.

Friday Check in:

Check in begins at 7pm on Friday of retreat weekend. We will send out an email about the location of check-in before the retreat weekend. Typically, our first activity is around 9pm, so plan to arrive by 8:30 to ensure you get checked in and moved into your lodge in time. If you are unable to make it by that time, email us and let us know!

Sunday Check out:

Check out is typically around 12 on Sunday. Campers need to be picked up by 1pm, so plan your travel accordingly.
