Counselor
Counselors are our heroes! As a counselor, your job is to provide leadership, supervision, and spiritual mentorship for a small cabin or group (typically no more than 10-11) of campers. You will live in a cabin together, guiding them through daily activities of camp, providing a safe space for them to open up and grow in their faith, and modeling Christ in the most direct way.
*Please note: this year, IYM will be implementing a 2 counselor per cabin rule.

Counselor in Training (CIT)
As the next generation of amazing counselors, CITs are paired with a lead counselor to provide leadership and supervision for a small cabin group. The main role of a CIT is to be with their campers and learn from their counselor what it looks like to spiritually lead a group. As a CIT, it’s your job to help keep an eye on your campers, make them feel loved, and have fun learning along the way!
Requirements
You must be at least 15 and a half in order to be a CIT at Quaker Haven. Preference will be given to those 16 or older.
Options
We need CITs for Little Friends and Adventure Camps!
